Who we are

VMC Group, LLC (“VMC Group,” “we,” “us”) provides class action claims filing services to businesses and other entities. We are not a law firm, do not provide legal advice, and are not the court-appointed claims administrator or class counsel in any matter.

No-cost alternative

Class members are not required to use a third-party service to file a claim. No-cost assistance is available from the claims administrator and class counsel in each settlement. Our services are optional and engaged by written agreement only.

Fees

We charge no upfront fees. Our compensation is a percentage of amounts actually recovered on filed claims, as set out in the written service agreement signed before any filing is made. If a claim recovers nothing, no fee is owed.

No guarantee of recovery

Filing a claim does not guarantee payment. Eligibility, claim value, and payment timing are determined by the claims administrator under court supervision. Information on this website summarizes publicly available case materials and may change as cases develop; the official settlement websites and court filings control.
