The case
The litigation alleges that Deere & Company violated antitrust law by restricting access to the software and tools needed to repair modern tractors, combines, and other large agricultural equipment — forcing owners into authorized dealer networks at inflated prices. The U.S. Department of Justice filed its own civil suit raising similar concerns.
Deere has agreed to a $99 million settlement plus meaningful policy changes expanding repair access. No filing deadline has been established yet, which makes this the ideal window to document your claim.
